1. Cancellation Policy
Millet Mart believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered (by email to firstname.lastname@example.org) only if the request is made before the consignment is shipped.
- Refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
2. Refund Policy
When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within thirty (30) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full such as installation service and provided knowledge base hosting service. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.

For all products, orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time until the order is shipped. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund. Orders cancelled after production begins may be cancelled, but you will be responsible for 60% of the product price. Ordered products that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Order can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Incorrect and incomplete information regarding customer address.
- In case of wrong product pricing or specification mentioned on milletmart.com
- Unavailability of products.
- In exceptional cases, if manufacturer’s products are out of stock and no longer available for sale the product will be cancelled.
- We offer return/replacement within 48 hours of delivery of the order.
Damages, discrepancies & returns must be notified to us within 7 days of receiving goods by e-mail, quoting your order number, name, address, description of the product and reason for sending back. In the case of damages, a photo of the fault should also be provided. Should you wish to return faulty item/s, please ensure you return it in its original condition, within 7 days of receiving it. Once we have received your returned item/s, it will be refunded, exchanged or credited towards your next order. We will not be able to accept any items which might have been damaged by mishandling, during customization or alteration
- The item/s must be returned with a debit note enclosed.
- Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging.
- We recommend returning the goods by registered/insured post.
- We are not liable for the postage fee for the return of goods.
- We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties.
- Refunds will be made once the items are received by us.
- Your refund will be credited by the same method of payment and/or to the same card with which you made your original payment.
- Refunds can take 21 working days to reflect in your account.
